قد نجمع الأنواع التالية من المعلومات:

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف عند إنشاء حساب.
• بيانات الاستخدام: كيفية تفاعلك مع التطبيق، المطاعم التي تتصفحها، والتفضيلات.

• بيانات الموقع: قد نجمع موقعك التقريبي أو الدقيق بعد موافقتك. يستخدم العملاء الموقع لاختيار نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة، حساب المسافة، عرض الكباتن القريبين، وتتبع الرحلة أو التوصيل. يستخدم الكباتن الموقع عند تشغيل حالة التوفر أو أثناء تنفيذ طلب مشوار أو توصيل.
• بيانات الموقع في الخلفية: إذا كنت كابتنًا وفعّلت التوفر أو قبلت طلبًا، قد يستمر التطبيق في الوصول إلى موقعك أثناء عدم استخدامك المباشر للتطبيق، من خلال خدمة ظاهرة في الإشعارات، حتى يتم تحديث موقعك ومشاركته مع العميل المرتبط بالطلب.
• الصور: الصور التي تختار رفعها عند إضافة تقييمات أو محتوى.

نستخدم المعلومات التي نجمعها للأغراض التالية:

• تقديم خدمات التطبيق وتحسينها، بما في ذلك عرض المطاعم والعروض.
• تشغيل خدمات المشاوير والتوصيل، بما في ذلك تحديد نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة، حساب المسافة، ترتيب الكباتن حسب القرب، ومتابعة حالة الطلب.
• مشاركة موقع الكابتن المباشر مع العميل أثناء الطلب، ومشاركة موقع الانطلاق والوجهة مع الكابتن المسؤول عن الطلب.
• إرسال إشعارات حول العروض الجديدة والتحديثات المهمة.
• تخصيص تجربتك وعرض محتوى ذي صلة.
• ضمان أمان التطبيق ومنع الأنشطة الاحتيالية.
• التواصل معك بشأن حسابك أو الدعم الفني.

نتخذ إجراءات أمنية مناسبة لحماية معلوماتك الشخصية من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الإفصاح أو الإتلاف، بما في ذلك:

• تشفير البيانات أثناء النقل باستخدام بروتوكول SSL/TLS.
• تخزين البيانات بشكل آمن على خوادم Firebase المحمية.
• تقييد الوصول إلى البيانات الشخصية على الموظفين المصرّح لهم فقط.

• مقدمو الخدمات: مثل Firebase (Google) لاستضافة البيانات وإدارة المصادقة.

• المستخدمون المرتبطون بالطلب: قد يظهر موقع الكابتن المباشر للعميل أثناء المشوار أو التوصيل، وقد تظهر نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة للكابتن الذي ينفذ الطلب.
• المتطلبات القانونية: عند الحاجة للامتثال للقوانين أو الأوامر القضائية.
• بموافقتك: عندما تصرّح لنا صراحة بمشاركة معلوماتك.

قد يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية:

• الموقع: لعرض الأنشطة القريبة، اختيار نقاط الانطلاق والوجهة، حساب المسافة، عرض الكباتن القريبين، وتشغيل التتبع المباشر للمشاوير والتوصيل.
• الموقع في الخلفية: للكباتن فقط عند تشغيل التوفر أو أثناء تنفيذ طلب، حتى يستمر تحديث الموقع ومشاركته مع العميل عند انتقال التطبيق للخلفية. يمكنك إيقاف ذلك بإغلاق التوفر أو تعطيل إذن الموقع من إعدادات الجهاز.
• الإشعارات: لإرسال تنبيهات حول العروض والتحديثات الجديدة.
• الكاميرا والصور: لتمكينك من رفع صور عند إضافة تقييمات أو محتوى.
• الإنترنت: للوصول إلى بيانات المطاعم وتحديثها.

لديك الحقوق التالية فيما يخص بياناتك الشخصية:

• الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها.
• طلب تصحيح أو تحديث بياناتك.
• طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به من خلال صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات.
• إلغاء الاشتراك في الإشعارات في أي وقت.

Welcome to Basyoun Hub. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, restaurants you browse, and your preferences.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and device identifier for notification purposes.
• Location Data: With your permission, we may collect approximate or precise location. Customers use location to choose pickup and destination points, calculate distance, view nearby drivers, and track a ride or delivery. Drivers use location when they turn availability on or while handling a ride or delivery request.
• Background Location Data: If you are an approved driver and you turn availability on or accept a request, the app may continue accessing your location while you are not directly using the app, through a visible foreground service notification, so your location can be updated and shared with the customer connected to that request.
• Photos: Images you choose to upload when adding reviews or content.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving app services, including displaying restaurants and offers.
• Operating ride and delivery features, including selecting pickup and destination points, calculating distance, sorting nearby drivers, and tracking request status.
• Sharing the driver's live location with the customer during an active request, and sharing pickup/destination locations with the driver assigned to the request.
• Sending notifications about new offers and important updates.
• Personalizing your experience and showing relevant content.
• Ensuring app security and preventing fraudulent activities.
• Communicating with you regarding your account or technical support.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

• Data encryption in transit using SSL/TLS protocols.
• Secure data storage on protected Firebase servers.
• Restricting access to personal data to authorized personnel only.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following cases:

• Service Providers: Such as Firebase (Google) for data hosting and authentication management.
• Maps and Location Services: Such as Google Maps for maps, routes, and distance calculations.
• Users Connected to a Request: A driver's live location may be visible to the customer during a ride or delivery, and pickup/destination locations may be visible to the driver assigned to the request.
• Legal Requirements: When required to comply with laws or court orders.
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information.

The app may request the following permissions:

• Location: To show nearby businesses, select pickup and destination points, calculate distance, show nearby drivers, and provide live ride/delivery tracking.
• Background Location: For drivers only when availability is turned on or while handling a request, so location updates can continue and be shared with the customer when the app moves to the background. You can stop this by turning availability off or disabling location permission in device settings.
• Notifications: To send alerts about new offers and updates.
• Camera & Photos: To allow you to upload images when adding reviews or content.
• Internet: To access and update restaurant data.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or update of your data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data through the Delete Account and Data page.
• Opt out of notifications at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
